Wonderful location, very helpful and friendly staff- special mention to Grazie who was amazing and gave great tips of places to visit in the evening, Sandra, Rafaela, Tatá and Douglas who were always happy to help with a smile, and all the staff who were always very kind and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was amazing, lots of options and hot breakfast served on request. The facilities are great and the room very comfortable.

Everything ! A place to relax and enjoy the view. The POUSADA is really cosy! It’s better than pictures .The staff are really polite and Rafaela spoiled us a lot. Also she can speak English and others staff spanish. For sure I will return to Villa !

Everything The staff were amazing, especially Rafaela, Anderson, Vittoria and Sam. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and stylish with a lovely sea view The lawn was beautiful and the beach was uncrowded and unspoilt and right on the doorstep The location was quiet, away from the town

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Villa Rasa. Every detail was incredibly thought through, from the delicious / beautifully arranged food, the super helpful and kind staff, and the special hand touches that made our stay magical. Even before our stay, Anamaria went beyond expectations to help us for our arrival (we came with a group of 25 people!) and each person felt personally taken care of. She helped us organizing taxis, organize beautiful activities in their gorgeous back yard, and make sure the meeting rooms were ready and organized with everything we needed for our work meetings. You are not gonna find a better place to stay in búzio. The pousada Villa Rasa is well located, ocean front with an excellent service. You are gonna be welcome from an educated and helpful front desk and the personnel from the bar are awesome. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The location is perfect for someone who wants to be close to the beach and away from downtown. Service was impeccable and it was very convenient to have a restaurant inside the pousada.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception by Gabriel and Samuel - Staff goes beyond normal duties to ensure you are happy. From the hostess in the evening (I’m bad with names) to Grazie during breakfast. Breakfast variety is amazing - don’t even get started with the drinks !! Chef’s creations are out this world.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast perfect, even though it wasn’t too many or none people at the pousada because of the season they manage to make a special breakfast for me and my daughter. Love it !!!!

It’s beautiful, earthy, calm, and beach chic. The staff is marvelous specially Vittoria who receives you and tells you all about the hotel with a smile.
